As part of the provision of the website available at the URL address https://www.workelo.eu/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), the company Teamr.io, a simplified joint stock company with capital of 50. 181.90, registered in the Bobigny Trade and Companies Register under number 831 337 498, whose registered office is located at 9 rue des Colonnes, 75002 Paris, France (hereinafter referred to as "Teamr.io"), is required to collect and process on its own behalf certain personal data of persons browsing the Site (hereinafter referred to as the "Users").
Teamr.io therefore acts as the data controller.


The purpose of this Workelo privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") is to detail the origin and use of personal data collected and processed by Teamr.io via the Site as well as the measures it implements in order to protect said personal data.

Teamr.io collects and processes Users' personal data on its own behalf, such data being communicated by the User when he/she :

- fills in a form to enter information on the Site.
The information for which communication to Teamr.io is mandatory is identified as such on any contact form made available to Users when they use the Site. In the event that the communication of information is mandatory, Teamr.io will inform Users of the consequences of their failure to respond.

- communication with a User who fills in a contact form on the Site (the legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of Teamr.io);
- constitution of a file of clients and prospects (the legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of Teamr.io);
- management of disputes (the legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of Teamr.io);

Article 5. Recipients of the data

Article 6. Users' rights
Users have :

To do so, the User must indicate his/her surname, first name and postal address. The User may specify the address to which the reply should be sent.
Teamr.io has a period of one (1) month from receipt of the User's request to respond.

Article 7. Retention period
Teamr.io only keeps data relating to information requests made by the User for a period that cannot exceed three (3) years from the last contact made by the User.
The audience measurement statistics are not kept for a period exceeding six (6) months.
However, at the end of the aforementioned periods, the personal data collected and processed may be archived intermediately so that Teamr.io can meet its legal retention obligations.
Certain data may be archived beyond the periods provided for (i) in the event of litigation in order to establish the reality of the disputed facts; and/or (ii) for the purposes of researching, ascertaining and prosecuting criminal offences with the sole aim of making this data available to the judicial authorities, as necessary.
Archiving implies that these data can no longer be consulted online but are extracted and stored on an autonomous and secure medium.
Once the time limits set out in the Privacy Policy have expired, the personal data of Users are deleted.
